i had waffles for breakfast this morning, and it wasn’t until i was almost finished that i realized that they used to be a huge fear food for me. they were on my “pointless foods” list, which was a mental list i kept of foods i thought had no nutritional value. i don’t think i’ve had waffles in 3-4 years.
i ate two like it wasn’t even no thang. and they were delicious and satisfying and my body is happy happy.
